Wigwam Mortgage Solutions is a small, family run mortgage brokerage, dedicated to making the experience of financing your house as painless as possible.
Bernard Scully has over ten years experience as a mortgage adviser and set up Wigwam in early 2005 to offer the people of Cumbria and Lancashire a really personal, truly independent service.
For mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 0.4% of the loan amount, or we can accept commission from the lender.

ü No fees. We will be paid commission by the lender. If however you would rather pay a fee, usually 0.4% of the loan amount, you will receive all the commission we receive from the lender.
ü Free home visit. No need for you to spend valuable time visiting banks and building societies – or trawling the Net. My laptop is updated daily with all the latest products. Alternatively, everything can be arranged over the phone.
ü Full mortgage processing. We will handle your application from beginning to end and liaise with all parties to ensure a speedy, hassle free completion.
ü Exclusive deals. We have access to products from certain lenders which are not generally available.
ü Protection products from a range of major providers.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
